- Chilli pepper
- Parsley
- Lemon
- Tomato sauce
- Lobster roe

Brown the garlic and onion in the oil with the parsley, then add the tomato sauce and a bit of chilli pepper and lemon. Then add the lobster eggs and the dark part of the head.

Boil the lobster in water with just a bit of salt and dress with the sauce prepared.
